App signing certifies the ownership of your mobile app and prevents unauthorized updates. Google Play Store and Apple App Store strictly require all production app packages (AAB/IPA) to be digitally signed with a cryptographically secure key.

1. App Signing Overview

Nativine simplifies key management for both major mobile platforms:

Android (Keystore .jks): Production AAB and APK builds are signed using a 4096-bit RSA certificate. Nativine can auto-generate and safely backup your production keystore.
iOS (P12 & Mobileprovision): Signed using an Apple Distribution Certificate (.p12) and App Store Provisioning Profile (.mobileprovision).

Nativine App Builder Configuration

Open the Nativine App Builder at /web-to-app-converter-pro.
Click Add-ons & Plugins in the left builder menu and locate Keystore & App Signing.
Toggle Keystore & App Signing to ON (or click Enable), then click Config.
Configure your required settings, permissions descriptors, or target web parameters.
Click Save Config and navigate to the Builds tab to compile your mobile application.

Why is losing my Android Keystore dangerous?

Google Play uses your Keystore fingerprint to authenticate app updates. If you lose your Keystore, Google will block you from updating your existing Play Store listing. Always back up your Keystore passwords and .jks file securely.
