3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The legality, integrity, and authenticity of the content on the website you are converting
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring that your use of the generated app strictly adheres to Google Play Store Developer Program Policies, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and applicable statutory laws

4. Prohibited Content & Platform Standards

Nativine is committed to maintaining a secure, compliant, and trustworthy ecosystem for all users, app review teams, and mobile app marketplaces. We maintain strict standards regarding the nature of web properties permitted to use our conversion and packaging infrastructure.

Content Restrictions: You agree not to submit, analyze, package, or generate applications for any website that contains, promotes, or facilitates:

• Age-restricted, sensitive, or mature audience materials that violate general platform standards
• Explicit, adult-oriented publications, media, or related services
• Content that contravenes developer guidelines or distribution policies of major app stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store
• Deceptive practices, fraudulent schemes, or unlicensed regulated offerings
• Malicious code, phishing pages, harassment, or unlawful content

Our Stance & Automated Enforcement: To safeguard platform integrity and ensure compliance with mobile marketplace policies, Nativine employs automated security filters, public security DNS resolvers, and content evaluation heuristics. Any URL, domain, or project instance identified as violating these standards will be automatically blocked from analysis, compilation, and account access. We reserve the absolute right to reject, suspend, or terminate service for any domain or build instance found in violation of this policy, without prior liability or obligation of refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

Nativine operates on a one-time payment model. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or specified in our refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nativine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Daarzy Companies and its licensors.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Daarzy Companies is registered.

9. Changes to Terms
